Development and implementation services
As specialists in providing web services for small and medium sized enterprises, TLC Web Services do not have the prestigious premises necessary to impress large client organisations, nor are there other significant overheads. In fact, TLC Web Services is home-based, and not VAT registered.

Our costs are therefore low, which enables exceptional value for money to be offered to clients.

As a guide, the development and implementation of a moderate complexity 4-10 page web site would be charged at around £40 per page, whilst domain name registration and web site hosting charges would be around £30 per annum.

Charges are, however, likely to vary to reflect variables such as the complexity of the final web site design, and the number of images supplied by us and/or the extent to which client images require digital enhancement for the web.

Post-implementation services   
Charges associated with the incorporation of facilities to enable you, after implementation, to maintain your own content can be agreed in advance of initial development work commencing.

Alternatively, we can maintain the content on your behalf - for the first year after implementation, relatively minor text and image changes will be made free of charge. From year 2, charges for this service will be relatively modest and can be agreed at the time the changes are requested. A pre-charged annual maintenance agreement is also available, specifying the number and type of changes that will be accommodated without further charge.

Charges for other post-implementation services - such as further optimisation of the site to improve Google and other search engine rankings; and the provision of usage monitoring information - should they be required, will reflect requirements and can be agreed in advance of initial development work commencing.
