Manage your web site content

'Change is a fact of life which usually has to be accepted......'

Immediately after implementation, your web site content will be absolutely up to-date, reflecting exactly what you want to say about yourself and your business.

But over time, circumstances will change. Marketing emphasis may be adjusted, external factors may alter, you may wish to incorporate elements that were initially forgotten or deliberately excluded, or you may simply want to be sure that images remain fresh and up to-date.

Many of the necessary modifications will probably be relatively minor, but from time-to-time more substantial alterations may be required.

Two mechanisms are available to deal with web site changes:

      a) We can deal with them for you – you simply notify us of what’s required, and we’ll quickly incorporate            the changes. This allows you to delegate responsibility to us, and is particularly appropriate to web            sites that are subject to infrequent change.

      b) Alternatively, we can design and install a system that enables you to have complete control over text            and images, the addition of new pages and deletion of old pages, removing the need for us to ever            be involved unless substantial structural modifications are required. This approach offers you a            large degree of flexibility and the freedom to independently control your own content. It is particularly            appropriate to web sites that are subject to frequent change.

The most appropriate option - the approach best suited to your needs - can be discussed and agreed during the initial project stages.
